Nativo (Native) — sé que hay menos nativos que quieren trabajar de babysitter y que cambian más a menudo de trabajo y quieren cobrar más pero es imprescindible para mí (I know there are fewer natives who want to work as babysitter and who change work more often and want to charge more but it is imperative for me)

Solo testamos los niveles de lengua extranjera para inglés o francés. Para el resto de idiomas requeridos, por tanto, no trabajamos con candidatos bilingües, sino solo nativos para garantizar el dominio de la lengua.
Level of English (or another required language) essential for your next babysitter
We only test the levels of a foreign language for English or French. For the rest of the required languages, therefore, we do not work with bilingual candidates, but only native speakers to guarantee the mastery of the language.

Días que necesitas el/la babysitter y horarios requeridos (mínimo 2h seguidas) *

Recuerda que ser babysitter es un trabajo a tiempo parcial. Solicitar a una babysitter para trabajar más de 4 bloques de horas a la semana suele dificultar mucho la búsqueda de un candidato/a. El horario debe ser estable todas las semanas.
Days you need the babysitter and required schedule (minimum 2h in a row)
Remember that being a babysitter is a part-time job. Requesting a babysitter to work more than 4 blocks of hours a week often makes it very difficult to search for a candidate. The schedule must be stable every week.

Periodo de tiempo en el que necesitarás el/la babysitter (fechas de inicio y finalización estimadas) *

Entiendo que si estoy rellenando este formulario con más de un mes de antelación a la fecha deseada de incorporación del/la babysitter, no podré recibir perfiles de candidatos en este momento. Todos nuestros candidatos desean una incorporación inmediata. Nos pondremos en contacto en cuanto esté más próxima la fecha de incorporación.

I understand that if I am filling out this form more than one month before the desired date of incorporation of the babysitter, I will not be able to receive candidate profiles at this time. Es importante ofrecer y cumplir salarios medios del mercado de trabajo para la satisfacción de los candidatos, lo que redundará en una calidad del trabajo ofrecido y estabilidad para los niños.

Fecha deseada para la entrevista o/y disponibilidad en general para entrevistar candidatos *

Solo se facilitará una entrevista con cada candidato. Tus hijos, pareja o familiares que también deban decidir a la hora de seleccionar al candidato deben estar presentes en la entrevista. Aunque tu asesor te acompañará para que no se quede nada en el tintero, te recomendamos traer a la entrevista una lista de preguntas/observaciones. Cada entrevista debe tener una duración de entre 20-30min.
Desired date for the interview or/and general availability to interview candidates
Only one interview will be provided with each candidate. Your children, partner or family members who also participate in the decision when selecting the candidate, must be present at the interview. Although your advisor will accompany you so that nothing is left unconsidered, we recommend you bring a list of questions / observations to the interview. Each interview should last between 20-30min.
